سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

في إيكوم ستور (EcomStore)، نحرص على تقديم تجربة شحن وتوصيل واضحة وموثوقة لجميع عملائنا داخل مصر وخارجها.

بعد تأكيد الطلب، نقوم بتجهيز المنتجات وشحنها إلى العنوان الذي يحدده العميل، باستخدام طريقة الشحن المتاحة والمختارة عند إتمام الطلب.

تكلفة الشحن

  1. الطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن 2,000 جنيه مصري: شحن مجاني.
  2. الطلبات التي تقل قيمتها عن 2,000 جنيه مصري: رسوم شحن متغيره بناء علي المحافظه ويتم ذكر القيمه في الفاتوره النهائيه قبل اتمام عملية الشراء بالموقع.

طرق الشحن والتوصيل

1. بوسطه

توفر خدمة بوسطه توصيل الشحنات إلى العنوان المحدد من قبل العميل، بمدة توصيل تقديرية تتراوح بين 3 و7 أيام عمل، وفقًا للوجهة وظروف الشحن.

2. مسؤول الشحن

يتعاون متجر إيكوم ستور مع مجموعة من مسؤولي الشحن في عدد من المدن لتوصيل الطلبات مباشرة إلى العملاء. وتتراوح مدة التوصيل التقديرية بين يوم واحد و10 أيام عمل كحد أقصى، وفقًا للمدينة وموقع العميل وظروف التوصيل.

تأكيد الطلب ومتابعته

بعد تسجيل طلبك، قد تتلقى رسالة تأكيد ومكالمة هاتفية من فريق خدمة العملاء للتحقق من صحة بيانات الطلب والعنوان ورقم الهاتف، والمساعدة في ضمان توصيل المنتج في أقرب وقت ممكن.

تعليمات التوصيل

  1. يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال ساعات عمل خدمة التوصيل.
  2. يُرجى التأكد من وجود شخص متاح لاستلام الطلب في العنوان المحدد.
  3. يجب تقديم رقم هاتف صحيح وفعّال لتسهيل التواصل وتنسيق عملية التوصيل.

ملاحظات مهمة

  1. تبدأ مدة التوصيل التقديرية بعد تأكيد الطلب وتجهيزه للشحن.
  2. قد تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المدينة وموقع العميل وظروف الشحن.
  3. نحرص على توصيل طلباتكم في أقرب وقت ممكن، وسنعمل على إبلاغكم بأي تأخير جوهري متى توفرت المعلومات اللازمة.

1. Bosta

Bosta delivers shipments to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

2. Local Delivery Representative

EcomStore works with a network of local delivery representatives in several cities to deliver orders directly to customers. The estimated delivery time ranges from 1 to a maximum of 10 business days, depending on the city, the customer's location, and delivery conditions.

Order Confirmation & Follow-Up

After your order is placed, you may receive a confirmation message and a phone call from our customer service team to verify your order details, delivery address, and phone number. This helps us coordinate the delivery and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
